This Privacy Policy explains how Breezie LLC ("Breezie", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit breezie.ai and when you use applications and services that Breezie operates or publishes (together, the "Services"). Where an application has its own privacy notice, that notice applies in addition to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, request a call, or create an account in one of our applications, we receive what you send: for example your name, email address, phone number, company, the app or website you are working on, and the content of your message.
- Account and content data. In applications that offer accounts, we store the profile details you provide, the content you post or upload, and your interactions (follows, reactions, comments, purchases) so the Service can function.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party processors (for example Stripe, Apple, or Google). We receive transaction records and limited payment details (such as the last four digits of a card) but never your full card number.
- Device and usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser or device type, pages or screens viewed, timestamps), and, in applications, device identifiers and crash or performance diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses only the cookies required to operate; applications may use local storage and session tokens to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services and to respond to your requests.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep records we are legally required to keep.
- To send service messages (receipts, security notices, changes to terms). Marketing email is sent only with your consent and always includes an unsubscribe link.
- To enforce our Terms and protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and others.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host, process payments for, deliver email for, or otherwise support the Services, under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
- Other users, to the extent you choose to make content or profile details public within an application.
- Authorities or third parties when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as financial record-keeping and dispute resolution. Account data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after you close your account, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your choices and rights
- You may access, correct, export, or delete the personal information in your account through the application's settings or by contacting us.
- You may opt out of marketing email at any time.
- Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, the UK, and certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor these requests as required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, encrypted storage of secrets, access controls, and audit logging — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Breezie is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you through the Services.
